Vikram and Deepak are working professionals based in West London. They wanted to build through property, but they had already been misguided and lost money through another investment company.
So when we met, they were sceptical. And rightly so. They did not need me to promise the world. They needed me to be honest about what was achievable, explain the numbers and prove that I could deliver something worth doing.

The first opportunity proved the process. From there, the relationship grew. I have now helped Vikram and Deepak build a portfolio of six properties, and the original relationship has led to 11 deals across their wider family, friends and business network.
I now help them find the right properties, refurbish and manage them. We speak regularly, and this is no longer a one-off transaction. It is a working relationship built to continue for the next 10, 20 or 30 years.

Building their retirement pot from Brighton
Stuart and Michelle are working professionals based in Brighton who wanted property to play a part in building their retirement pot. Stuart had followed my journey on Instagram for around a year before getting in touch.
We had a video call, then met in person, and from there we worked out what a sensible long-term rental strategy could look like for them.
They have now agreed to purchase two properties in Lincoln through me, both of which are currently progressing through legals. One is an uphill Lincoln property secured at £135,000 with an expected rent of around £950 pcm.
The second is a three-bedroom property in the Monks Road area at £133,000, with expected rent of around £1,000 pcm. Because they are investing remotely, I also help connect the broker, solicitor, builders and management side so they have the local team around them without needing to build it themselves.
